Meet the Board

 

Brian Nolan

Ride Creator and Chief Inspiration Officer

 

Fran is a vocational rehabilitation counselor at Windham Group, helping individuals with disabilities return to work.  During her over 30 years of experience, she owned and managed a small rehabilitation company.  When not working, Fran is an avid cyclist and dog musher/ skijorer,/bikejorer.  She has competed in these sports and helped organize/ manage races.    Fran is one of the organizers of Upper Valley Velo and assists with organizing local rides for the cycling community, leading a Saturday Morning Ride for close to 10 years.

Josie works as a resident physician in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. Many of Josie’s loved ones and patients have been impacted by cancer and she is passionate about the Dirty Project’s dual mission to raise money to support cancer research and build community while riding the gravel roads of the Upper Valley, where she grew up. When she’s not in the hospital or on her bike, Josie can be found trail running, skiing, or building a cabin with her husband in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
